KAL to increase fuel surcharges for ex-Taiwan flights

SEOUL – Korean Airlines (KAL) is set to apply another round of fuel surcharge increases for flights departing Taiwan.

From September 1, the fuel surcharge for flights from Taiwan to Korea, Japan, China, South-east Asia, South-west Asia, Guam and Saipan will be increased from USD30 to USD38 per way, while flights from Taiwan to Oceania, America, Europe, Middle East and Africa will be increased from US$78 to US$98 per way.
