CEB to offer discounts to passengers with no check-in bags

MANILA – Cebu Pacific (CEB) encourages passengers to carry less by offering a PhP200 (US$4.40) “Go Lite” outright fare discount when travelling with no check-in bags and reduces its free baggage allowance (FBA) for all bookings made starting September 2.

CEB will lower its FBA from 20 kilograms to 15 kilograms per passenger, except for the Boracay (Caticlan) flights, which will still be at 10 kilograms.

For bookings made before September 2, CEB will honour the 20-kilogram FBA.

The “Go Lite” discount will apply to all CEB fares and for both domestic and international bookings beginning September 2 onwards.
